UPDATE | Operation Of The Registration Counters At The Kuala Lumpur Courts

Dear Members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar,

We refer to our Circular No: 145/2021 dated 30 June 2021.

The Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee has just received an email notification from the Director of the Kuala Lumpur Courts revoking the above circular.

Kindly take note that the registration counters at the Kuala Lumpur Courts are open for services that require physical attendance and cannot be executed online. Members may now just walk-in and no longer need to make an appointment through email to the respective court officers.

Please refer to the schedule to find out about the operation hours of the registration counters at the Kuala Lumpur Courts.

MAKLUMAN PEMBUKAAN OPERASI KAUNTER MAHKAMAH KUALA LUMPUR DALAM TEMPOH FASA PERTAMA PELAN PEMULIHAN NEGARA

Dengan segala hormatnya saya merujuk perkara di atas.

2. Untuk makluman YBhg. Datin / tuan / puan, terdapat arahan terkini berkenaan operasi Kaunter Pendaftaran Mahkamah Kuala Lumpur bagi perkhidmatan yang tidak boleh dilaksanakan secara dalam talian. Senarai Kaunter yang dibuka dan tatacara operasi adalah seperti LAMPIRAN.

3. Sehubungan dengan itu, bersama-sama ini dilampirkan Notis Makluman Pembukaan Kaunter Mahkamah Kuala Lumpur dalam tempoh Fasa Pertama Pelan Pemulihan Negara untuk tindakan pihak YBhg. Datin / tuan / puan.

4. Emel pihak Pentadbiran Mahkamah Kuala Lumpur bertarikh 30 Jun 2021 adalah dibatalkan.
