Dear Members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar,
Further to our Circular No. 160/2020 dated 4 December 2020 and Circular No: 168/2020 dated 12 December 2020.
We have just received a notification via email from the Kuala Lumpur Civil Subordinate Courts regarding the above matter.
Please take note that Group C of the Kuala Lumpur Civil Sessions Court and Group A of the Kuala Lumpur Civil Magistrates Court will commence operations from 21 December to 24 December 2020. As previously informed, Group C consists of the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court No.10, 12,14 & 15 and the Magistrates Court No.2 – No.4.
Please refer to the attached staggered time hearing schedule for Civil Sessions Court (Group C) and Civil Magistrates Court (Group A) for the week.
