Dear Members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar,
The Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee has received a notification from the Director Of The Lands And Mines Office in Pahang (“PTG Pahang”) regarding the above.
Please be informed that the administration of PTG Pahang has coordinated the official search requirements for all registration transactions at PTG Pahang and District Offices (“PDT“) in Pahang.
This coordination is to assure the validity of the information and strengthen the security of the presentation documents prior to the transaction being carried out at the registration counters.
