Dear Members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar,
We have just received a notification from the Senior Assistant Registrar of the Kuala Lumpur Civil Subordinate Courts informing us of the staggered timings of hearings and open court matters for Group A of the Civil Sessions Court (Court Nos. 1 – 5) and Group B of the Civil Magistrates Court (Court Nos. 6 – 8) for the week of 28 to 31 December 2020. Please note that no open court matters have been scheduled for Civil Sessions Court 2 for the said week.
