Circular No: 109/2026
Date: 9 July 2026

Dear Members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar,

We refer to our relevant Circulars, Circular No: 064/2026 dated 6 May 2026, Circular No: 072/2026 dated 11 May 2026 and Circular No: 095/2026 dated 19 June 2026.

Submission And Collection Of Documents Through The Terra Box System

As previously informed, the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur Land and Mines Office (“PTG WPKL”) has implemented the Terra Box system for the submission and collection of documents with effect from 1 July 2026.

We have been notified by PTG WPKL that there are 14 types of matters that may be submitted through the Terra Box Kiosk. All other matters must be submitted physically at the PTG WPKL counter. Please click here to view copies of the letters from PTG WPKL dated 1 and 8 July 2026 for the list of matters which may be submitted through the Terra Box system.

For matters involving multiple law firms acting on the same Title, firms are required to ensure that the transactions are entered in the portal as a single sequential submission and not as separate or individual submissions. Members are advised to refer to the user guideline and step-by-step guide, which set out the scenarios, and the submission procedures.

Training Session on the Terra Box System on 23 July 2026

PTG WPKL, in collaboration with the system vendor, will be conducting a training session on completing the required information in the portal for document submissions via Terra Box. This initiative follows the numerous enquiries received by the Terra Box Help Desk on the submission procedures. The training session will be held on Thursday, 23 July 2026 from 9:30am to 1:00pm at Dewan Serbaguna, Level 4, PTG WPKL.

Please note that seats are limited and each firm may register a maximum of two representatives. Firms are requested to ensure that lawyers or staff who are responsible for completing information in the portal for document submissions via Terra Box attend this session. ICT equipment, such as laptops or desktop computers, will not be provided. Click here to register for the training session. A copy of the letter from PTG WPKL is available here for your reference.
