Dear Members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar,
Further to our Circular No: 154/2023 dated 17 October 2023, we have been notified on 6 November 2023 by Bahagian Pendaftaran Hakmilik, Pejabat Tanah dan Galian Selangor (“PTGS“) that:
(a) all Single Point of Contact (“SPOC”) counters at the Selangor State Land and Mines Office (“PTGS”) and the District and Land Offices (“PDT“) as well as e-Tanah Selangor have resumed operations on 30 October 2023.
(b) The e-Tanah Portal allows users to conduct official and private searches online without having to visit the counters physically. The e-Carian feature is accessible at https://etanah.selangor.gov.my where users must first register and create an account prior to conducting any business. Registered users of Smartbox are automatically registered as users of the e-Tanah Portal and may use their existing username I.D. to log-in (but will be required to update their passwords).
