The Civil Practice & Court Liaison Committee (“CPCLC”) is currently seeking feedback from members on any issues encountered when dealing with the following divisions of the Kuala Lumpur Courts:-
1) Civil High Courts
2) Commercial High Courts
3) Civil Subordinate Courts
4) Admiralty Court
5) Muamalat Court
6) Family Court
7) Insolvency Courts
8) Construction Courts
9) Intellectual Property Court
10) Special Powers Division Courts
11) Syariah Courts
12) Kuala Lumpur Courts Mediation Center
13) International Commercial and Admiralty Division
All feedback received will be carefully reviewed and relevant concerns along with proposed solutions will be conveyed to the respective Managing Judges’ for their consideration.
