Dear Members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar,
The Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee will have a meeting with the Managing Judge of the Kuala Lumpur Commercial High Courts and Civil Subordinate Courts on Thursday, 18 March 2021.
We hereby invite members to provide their feedback on the handling of cases by the Commercial High Courts and the Civil Subordinate Courts during the recent Movement Control Order (MCO) or any other issues encountered by lawyers while conducting their matters during the MCO for us to bring up at the meeting.
