Request For Feedback On The Criminal Subordinate Courts In Kuala Lumpur

Dear Members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar,

 

The Criminal Law Practice Committee is seeking a meeting with Managing Judge of the Kuala Lumpur Criminal Courts, the Director of the Kuala Lumpur Prosecution Unit of the Attorney General’s Chambers and the Kuala Lumpur Police Chief.

 

The purpose is to address issues on administration of criminal justice in the Kuala Lumpur Court and any pertinent issues and also to find ways to ease any regulatory requirements so that criminal law practice is made easier.

 

If there are any issues that members would want us to raise at the meeting, please provide your feedback/complaints here. Kindly let us have your feedback latest by Wednesday, 1 June 2022.
