The Civil Practice & Court Liaison Committee (“CPCLC”) is currently seeking feedback from members on issues faced while dealing with the Commercial High Courts in the Kuala Lumpur Court Complex. The purpose of collecting this feedback is to evaluate the issues raised and subsequently provide feedback to the respective Courts.
