- We are currently undertaking an exercise to gather feedback from members regarding issues encountered in corporate and conveyancing practices, particularly in dealings with the following authorities, institutions and stakeholders: -i. Bank Negara Malaysia;
ii. Companies Commission of Malaysia;
iii. Bursa Malaysia;
iv. Securities Commission Malaysia;
v. Kuala Lumpur Lands And Mines Office;
vi. Selangor Land And Mines Office;
vii. Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia;
viii. Lembaga Perumahan dan Hartanah Selangor; and
ix. Financial Institutions - Members are invited to share any concerns or feedback they have by completing the feedback form.
- Please submit your feedback no later than Sunday, 3 May 2026.
