Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee (“KLBC”) Subscription for 2025
Payable by 30 June 2025
(Members who have paid their subscription may disregard this reminder)
At the 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Kuala Lumpur Bar held on 27 February 2025, it was resolved that the KLBC annual subscription for 2025 shall remain at RM125.00 per member.
Pursuant to Section 73(i) of the Legal Profession Act 1976, the subscription is payable by 30 June 2025.
All Advocates and Solicitors practising within the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur are required to pay the KLBC annual subscription.
Subscription Rates for 2025
- Newly Admitted to the Bar / Not Previously in Practice
- Commencing practice before 1 July: RM125.00
- Commencing practice from 1 July to 30 September: RM62.50
- Commencing practice after 30 September: Exempted
- Resuming Practice
- RM125.00
- Submit a Statutory Declaration together with the payment slip.
- Previously Practising Outside Kuala Lumpur / Practising Outstation but Now a Partner in a KL Firm
- Commencing practice in KL / appointed as partner before 1 July: RM125.00
- Commencing practice in KL / appointed as partner on or after 1 July: RM62.50
