The Reference will be before YA Dato’ Ahmad Kamal bin Md. Shahid, who has kindly agreed to preside over the proceedings.
Due to the current SOP of the Kuala Lumpur Court Complex, the Proceedings will be a closed session and only for family members.
We encourage members of the Bar who would like to express their condolences to email joanne@klbar.org.my before 31 July 2023 and the KLBC representatives will relay the same throughout the proceedings.
Members are also reminded to inform KLBC of any departed members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar by emailing klbc@klbar.org.my so that the necessary arrangements for a Reference Proceeding can be made.
