Dear Members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar,
We have been informed by the Director of the Mediation Department of the Chief Registrar’s Office that during the CMCO period from 14.10.2020 to 9.11.2020, all mediation cases at the Kuala Lumpur Court Mediation Centre have been postponed to a date to be agreed upon by all concerned parties. During the said period, members are encouraged to deal with the Kuala Lumpur Court Mediation Centre via email.
However, should any party intend to proceed with mediation during the CMCO period, they may apply for Online Mediation by sending an application via email to the Kuala Lumpur Court Mediation Centre at pmmkl@kehakiman.gov.my.
