Dear Members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar,
On 12 January 2023, the Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee has received a letter dated 22 December 2022 from the Lands and Mines Office Penang regarding the above.
Please take note that the Penang State Government has developed an online local land service system (PgLAND) for the purpose of simplifying/facilitating land related matters at land offices in Penang.
The usage of the said system for land related matters will be implemented on a staggered basis as per the schedule more particularly set out in the Lands and Mines Office Penang’s letter which is accessible here.
