Notification In Relation To Updating The Personal Information Form For Purposes Of Electronic Billing Of Quit Rent / Parcel Rent

The Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee has on 28 June 2022 received notification from the Pejabat Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Wilayah Persekutuan (PPTG WP) regarding the above.

In connection with the implementation of electronic billing of Quit Rent / Parcel Rent for the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur via e-mail / Short Message Service (SMS) commencing the year 2022, the PPTG WP has imposed a new requirement as a pre-requisite to all presentation matters, i.e. the filling-up of the “Borang Pengemaskinian Maklumat Diri Pemilik / Pentadbir / Wasi Bagi Tujuan Penghantaran Bil Cukai Tanah / Cukai Petak Secara Elektronik” (Form). We will be engaging with the relevant stakeholders to explore avenues to address this new requirement.
