Dear Members of the KL Bar,
The Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee has just been notified by the Director of the Kuala Lumpur Courts, Puan Hasbi binti Hasan that Criminal Magistrate’s Court 6 has ceased to operate with effect from 1 August 2016 and all cases from the said Court have been reassigned to Criminal Magistrates’ Courts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 9.
Please also take note that with effect from 15 August 2016, the Criminal Magistrate’s Court 1 will be relocated to Level 3, Left Wing and Criminal Magistrate’s Court 5 to Level 2, Left Wing.
