The late Koay Swee Lin was born on 3 November 1962. A Monash University graduate and a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria, she read in the Chambers of Ms Letitia Gaw and Mr WSW Davidson and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 14 January 1989.
The late Koay Swee Lin practised law in Kuala Lumpur in the firm of Chong Harcharan Hashim (as it was then known) until her demise in 1992. She is greatly missed by her family and friends.
