Members Are Not Allowed To Park Within The Kuala Lumpur Court Complex Premises Without The Malaysian Bar Car Sticker And/Or Car Emblem

Circular No: 009/2023
Date: 30 January 2023

Dear Members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar,

The Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee Civil Practice & Court Liaison Committee (“KLBC CPCLC”) has received feedback from the Kuala Lumpur Court that there are members of the bar who have insisted that they be permitted to park their cars within the Court Complex compound, specifically at the parking lots located at the right wing of the compound, despite not displaying a Malaysian Bar car sticker and/or car emblem.

Members are reminded that only vehicles with the Malaysian Bar car sticker and/or car emblem will be permitted to park in the said area within the Kuala Lumpur Court Complex. This is to ensure that members of the public do not park their cars at the said parking lots which are meant to be for members of the bar and Court officers.

Members may still park their cars at the two parking lots located just outside the main gates of the Kuala Lumpur Court Complex, to the left and right.

Click here for a step-by-step guide for purchasing The Malaysian Bar car stickers and/or car emblems.
