Dear Members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar,
The Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee has just received a notification from Puan Fatimah Rubi’ah binti Ali, Supervising Deputy Registrar, Civil Division of the Kuala Lumpur High Court regarding the above matter.
Please take note that the Civil Division High Courts will commence operations from 7 December 2020 on an alternate week rotation in compliance with the applicable standard operating procedures. Members are urged to refer to the EFS website for the particulars of your respective matters. In the event any Member needs assistance, please refer to the attached List which consist of the contact details of the relevant judicial officers.
We are further advised that the following Civil High Courts will operate physically from 7 to 11 December 2020:-
(a) NCVC 1;
(b) NCVC 2;
(c) NCVC 3;
(d) NCVC 4;
(e) BKK 2; and
(f) Family.
Whereas the following Civil High Courts will operate physically from 14 to 18 December 2020:-
(a) NCVC 5;
(b) NCVC 6;
(c) NCVC 7;
(d) NCVC 8;
(e) NCVC 9;
(f) NCVC 10; and
(g) BKK 1.
The said notification is reproduced below for your attention and information.
