The Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee is advertising for applicants for the position of Administrative Assistant for the Kuala Lumpur Bar Secretariat.
The details of the position are as follows:-
Job Responsibilities:
- To manage the payment of subscriptions and issuance of the necessary documents.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee to ensure operations are carried out efficiently.
- Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain the digital filing system.
- Assist with processing invoices and subscription receipts.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in accounting software would be an advantage.

Salary: RM2,100
