Dear Members of the KL Bar and Pupils-In-Chambers,
The Civil Practice & Court Liaison Committee (“CPCLC”) is calling for volunteers to serve on the committee for the term 2021/22.
The CPCLC has been established with, inter alia, the following objectives in mind:
- Engage with the Judiciary for the collective goal of improving the administration of justice;
- Set in place procedures and systems to enhance the practice of law in the Kuala Lumpur Courts;
- Foster solidarity among practitioners in relation to their practice in the Kuala Lumpur Civil & Commercial Courts; and
- Deal with complaints of members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar in relation to their practice in the Kuala Lumpur Courts.
