Invitation To Participate In A Survey On Expanding Legal Aid Services To Other Areas Of Law

Dear Members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar,

 

The Legal Aid Centre Kuala Lumpur (“LACKL”) is presently studying the idea of expanding the scope of legal representation it provides. Presently, LACKL provides limited representation for family matters, employment matters and criminal matters (for non-citizens).

 

As part of this exercise, the LACKL invites all members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar to provide their valuable input and suggestions regarding the proposed expansion.
