Please be informed that the E-Filing System (“EFS”) has been improved and there are new features/functions to the EFS:
Improvements To The Filing Process For Notice Of Change Of Solicitors
Starting from 1 December 2022, the filing process for a Notice of Change of Solicitors must be carried out using the e-Form available in the EFS. Click here for the user manual for further information.
Restriction For Ex-Parte Application
We refer to paragraph 6 of our Circular No: 267/2021. Starting from 1 December 2022, all ex-parte Notice of Applications, and the supporting documents, will not be publicly accessible except to the party filing the same. Click here for the user manual for further information.
Search Application For Family And Adoption Cases
From 19 September 2022, lawyers or firms can apply to carry out a file search on proceedings filed under case codes 22F, 24F, 33, 33JP, 34 (Family High Court) and code 58 (Session Court) through the EFS system.
