Implementation of Terra Box Kiosk System At The Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur Land And Mines Office

Dear Members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar,

We have received an email notification from the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur Land And Mines Office (“PTG WPKL”) regarding the above.

Please be informed that PTG WPKL will officially implement the Terra Box system for the submission and collection of documents effective 1 July 2026. The counter services for submission and collection of documents will be discontinued in stages. Click here for a copy of the letter from PTG WPKL for reference.

PTG WPKL had conducted briefing and familiarisation sessions on the Terra Box system on 7 and 14 May 2026. A copy of the slide presentation from the said sessions is available here.

The PTG WPKL has also provided the procedures for the submission of documents through the Terra Box Kiosk. Click here to access the submission procedures. Members may also access the user manual at the PTG WPKL portal by clicking here for further information.

Should Members or firms have any enquiries or require assistance regarding the Teera Box system, they may contact the Helpdesk as follows:
