Dear Members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar,
The Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee has received an email notification dated 26 May 2026 from the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur Land and Mines Office (“PTG WPKL”) regarding the above matter.
Please be informed that PTG WPKL has issued the latest Guidelines for the Registration of Transactions and Non-Transactions dated 22 May 2026. A copy of the guidelines may be accessed here.
Members are advised to refer to the guidelines and comply with the requirements set out in order to avoid complications and/or rejection of documents.
