Filing Of Documents For Cases Code 31NCvC (Letter Of Administration) And 32NCvC (Probate)

The Civil Practice & Court Liaison Committee has received several complaints from members over the past week concerning the filing of Letters of Administration and Probate matters via the E-Filing System (“EFS”).

We have raised the issues with the e-Court Division and they have since identified the issue as having been caused by the integration of the EFS and myIDENTITY systems.

Kindly be informed that the e-Court Division and the National Registration Department has since rectified the said issues and their systems are now operating normally.

Members can now proceed to file the relevant documents relating to Code 31NCvC (Letter Of Administration) and 32NCvC (Probate) matters.
