Dear Members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar,
The Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee has received a notification from Tuan Ashraf Rezal Bin Abdul Manan, Supervising Deputy Registrar, Commercial Division of the Kuala Lumpur High Court regarding the above matter.
Please take note that to ensure that trial/case management proceedings held via eReview before the Honourable Judges/Judicial Commissioners at the Commercial Division of the Kuala Lumpur High Court run smoothly, the following must be complied with:
1. Proceedings set to be held via eReview are to be conducted in real-time communication with the Judge/Judicial Commissioner (not flexi-time).
2. Lawyers are required to commence the proceedings on time (not to be late) and to continue without leaving the eReview session unattended to (proceedings to be proceeded until its completion).
