We refer to the Bar Council’s Circular No. 063/2020 dated 17 March 2020. Further to that, members that require extension of time for the filing of Affidavits because the Commissioners For Oaths are closed or any other reason directly connected to the Movement Control Order, are reminded that such requests must be conveyed to the Courts. This can be done through letter which can be efiled or conveyed during eReview. Members who face any problems in such situations may contact us at klbc@klbar.org.my.
