Dear Members and Pupils of the Kuala Lumpur Bar,
We refer to the Bar Council’s Circular No 047/2025 dated 10th February on Mental Well-being and the Malaysian Bar’s Human Rights Committee’s collaboration with the Well-being@Work (W@W) Movement.
We are proud to announce that the Kuala Lumpur Bar, through the Gender Equality and Diversity Committee (“GEDC“), are also in collaboration with O Psych Sdn Bhd to promote targeted participation in the W@W Index through members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar particularly.
The collaboration between the Kuala Lumpur Bar and W@W Movement not only ensures that we are able to obtain targeted results based on the work environment among firms at the Kuala Lumpur Bar, but also expands the survey to include pupils-in-chambers registered with the Kuala Lumpur Bar. With your participation, we hope to obtain enough information to understand the well-being of our members holistically which will help the Kuala Lumpur Bar to take further steps and initiatives in promoting and improving the well-being of our members.
