The Civil Practice & Court Liaison Committee is meeting with the Director of the Kuala Lumpur Administration Unit of the Malaysian Department of Insolvency (“MdI”) on Friday, 10 December 2021.
If there are any issues members have faced while dealing with MdI, or if there is feedback that you would want us to raise at the meeting, please provide your feedback/complaints here latest by Friday, 3 December 2021.
