Dear Members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar,
The Civil Practice & Court Liaison Committee (“CPCLC”) will be meeting with the Chief Judge of Malaya and Managing Judges of the Kuala Lumpur Court in October 2025.
We are currently seeking feedback from members on any issues encountered when dealing with the following divisions of the Kuala Lumpur Courts:-
1) Civil High Courts
2) Commercial High Courts
3) Civil Subordinate Courts
4) Admiralty Court
5) Muamalat Court
6) Family Court
7) Insolvency Courts
8) Construction Courts
9) Intellectual Property Court
10) Special Powers Division Courts
11) Syariah Courts
12) Kuala Lumpur Courts Mediation Center
We hereby invite members to provide their feedback and/or any complaints that members would like the CPCLC to raise during the meeting. Please note that all the feedback received will be reviewed and only relevant feedback will be deliberated at the meeting.
