Dear Members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar and Pupils-in-Chambers,
It has come to our attention that there have been several occasions of Members and Pupils attending seminars in the name of other Members and Pupils. This conduct is unacceptable, amounts to fraud and constitutes conduct unbecoming of an Advocate and Solicitor.
Members and Pupils are hereby strongly warned against committing this fraudulent act. Kindly take notice that stringent checks will be conducted and anyone caught impersonating another Member or Pupil will be referred to the Disciplinary Board for disciplinary action.
