Invitation to serve the Civil Practice and Court Liaison Committee

Dear Members of the KL Bar and Pupils-In-Chambers,

 

The Civil Practice and Court Liaison Committee (“CPCLC”) for the term 2020/21 is calling for volunteers to serve on the committee which has been established to:

• To engage with the Judiciary for the collective goal of improving the administration of justice;
• To set in place procedures and systems to enhance the practice of law in the Kuala Lumpur Courts;
• To foster solidarity among Civil Law practitioners in relation to their practice in the Kuala Lumpur Courts; and
• To deal with complaints of members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar in relation to their practice in the Kuala Lumpur Courts.
