Dear Members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar,
The Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee Civil Practice and Court Liaison Committee (“KLBC CPCLC”) has received feedback from several members last week that they have faced issues when attempting to e-file cause papers and/or submissions on the EFS System.
Specifically, the said members have received the following error messages when attempting to carry out the said filing:-
The KLBC CPCLC has liaised with the Court’s EFS Division on the same and have been informed that members who face this issue should first clear their cache browser before attempting to re-upload the document. We have carried out a test-run on the said solution and note that it works.
Please do let us know should any member still encounter the same error even after attempting the said recommended solution.
