Dear Members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar,
We have received a notification from the Director of the Kuala Lumpur Court Complex regarding the above.
Please be informed that the Court For Sexual Crime Against Children (“Mahkamah Jenayah Seksual Terhadap Kanak-Kanak or JSKK”) will commence operation on 1 November 2022. The JSKK will be presided over by the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court Judge, Puan Tasnim binti Abu Bakar.
The JSKK will accept registrations of all new cases referred by the Police Headquarters under the purview of the Kuala Lumpur Court (except Putrajaya).
Trial cases that have yet to commence at the JSKK in Putrajaya will be transferred in stages to the JSKK in Kuala Lumpur as they are called up for mention.
Due to the addition of the JSKK, Criminal Sessions Court 5 (“MSJ 5“) and Civil Magistrate’s Court 9 (“MMS 9“) will be moved to a different location on 1 November 2022.

Dengan hormatnya saya merujuk kepada perkara di atas.
2. Dimaklumkan bahawa mulai 1 November 2022, Mahkamah Sesyen Jenayah Seksual Terhadap Kanak-Kanak (MSJSKK)) akan mula beroperasi di Mahkamah Kuala Lumpur dan penempatan lokasi adalah di Mahkamah M54 (sekarang Mahkamah Sesyen Jenayah 5). Justeru itu, penyusunan semula lokasi beberapa buah Mahkamah perlu dibuat mengikut kesesuaian kes yang didengar dan kemudahan peralatan RVT di dalam Mahkamah terbuka.
3. Sila ambil maklum penyusunan semula beberapa lokasi Mahkamah akan melibatkan Mahkamah berikut;
4. Pohon kerjasama YBhg Datin/Tuan/Puan untuk memaklumkan perubahan lokasi ini kepada Timbalan Pendakwa Raya/pegawai-pegawai/peguam-peguam lain yang berkaitan.
