Dear Members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar,
The Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee has been notified by the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur Land and Mines Office (“PPTG WPKL”) that, effective 1 January 2026, PPTG WPKL will only process the attestation of instrument matters and titles pertaining to properties located within the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur.
