Additional Types Of Matters Which Can Be Submitted Through The Terra Box Kiosk At The Federal Territory Of Kuala Lumpur Land And Mines Office

Dear Members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar,

We refer to Circular No. 109/2026 dated 9 July 2026 regarding the submission of documents through the Terra Box System.

In addition to the 14 types of matters set out therein that are to be submitted through the Terra Box Kiosk, we have been informed by the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur Land and Mines Office (“PTG WPKL”) that an additional seven types of matters may now be submitted through the Terra Box Kiosk.

Please click here to view a copy of PTG WPKL’s letter dated 28 July 2026 which sets out the list of matters that may be submitted through the Terra Box Kiosk.

All other matters not listed in Schedule 1 are to be submitted physically at the PTG WPKL counter.

We will keep members informed of any further updates received from PTG WPKL regarding additional types of transactions that may be made available for submission through the Terra Box Kiosk.
