Requirements:
- Must be a Malaysian citizen and possess a valid Malaysian Identity Card (IC) and Driving Licence.
- Must have completed the following qualifications:
- A Law Degree recognised by the Legal Profession Qualifying Board;
- The Bar Course; and
- The Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP)
- Candidates must have obtained a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) Honours or its equivalent in their degree. Applicants who do not meet this requirement may still be considered if they possess relevant working experience and other supporting qualifications or documentation
- The primary area of practice is Criminal Law
- Candidates will also be exposed to other areas of practice and will work closely with solicitors and counsel

ASSOCIATE (REAL ESTATE / CONVEYANCING / BANKING)

Requirements:
- Manage real estate and conveyancing matters, including developer projects, sub-sale property transactions, and perfection of transfer and charge
- Assist Partners in advising and liaising with a diverse range of clients, including government-linked corporations, public-listed companies, established developers, statutory bodies, SMEs, and individuals
- Draft and review real estate transaction documents, including Sale and Purchase Agreements, Lease and Tenancy Agreements, Novation Agreements, and related ancillary documents
- Prepare, review, and advise on loan and security documentation
- Engage professionally with clients, regulators, and counterparties
- Ensure proper file management and strict adherence to timelines and professional standards
- Valid Practising Certificate, preferably 2–4 years of relevant experience in real estate, conveyancing, and banking matters
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build confidence among clients and colleagues
- Proven ability to manage transactions effectively and perform under tight deadlines
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous development
