Dear Members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar and Pupils-In-Chambers,
Reference is made to KLBC Circular No. 043/2026, wherein it was announced, among others, that the Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee (“KLBC”) for the term 2026/2027 has established 12 Sub-Committees to undertake a wide range of initiatives and activities for the benefit of our members.
The Sub-Committees are as follows, with a summary of each Sub-Committee’s objectives available here: –

4. Professional Development Committee
5. Sports Committee
6. Legal Aid Centre (Kuala Lumpur)
7. Young Lawyers Committee
8. Pupils Affairs Committee
9. Gender Equality & Diversity Committee
10. Social, Arts & Culture Committee
11. Publications & Communications Committee
12. Strategic Development & Innovation Committee
Members and pupils who are interested to serve on one or more of the Sub-Committees are invited to register their interest here.
