With reference to the recent Practice Direction No.2 of Year 2025 entitled “Arahan Amalan Hakim Besar Malaya Bilangan 2 Tahun 2025 – Pengurusan Kes Sivil Sebelum Bicara” issued by the former Chief Judge of Malaya, YAA Tan Sri Hasnah binti Dato’ Mohammed Hashim on 13 November 2025. we would like to seek feedback from members on the said Practice Direction, which has been implemented since 13 November 2025.
All feedback received will be carefully reviewed, and relevant concerns will be conveyed to the Managing Judges for their consideration. Please click here to access the feedback form.
