Dear Members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar,
Kindly be informed that the E-Filing System (“EFS“) is currently experiencing downtime. During this disruption, online filing of court documents cannot be carried out. Accordingly, all filings must be conducted manually at the registration counter of the relevant Court.
We have been informed that the Court will be issuing an official notice in due course. The official notice will be disseminated to members as soon as it is received.
In the meantime, members may refer to the tentative guidelines for the filing of documents, which were informally shared by the Courts to facilitate the smooth operation of Court processes during this disruption. The guidelines can be accessed by clicking here.
