Request For Feedback On Online Hearings For The Kuala Lumpur Commercial High Courts And Civil Subordinate Courts

Dear Members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar,

 

The new normal that we are currently experiencing has led to a shift by the Courts to conducting hearings online to ensure that the wheels of justice continue to turn. Over the past year, proceedings have been conducted by way of video conferencing, e-review and e-mails. We understand that members may be facing difficulties adapting to the new protocols for hearings. To ensure the continued smooth running of online hearings, we would like to request for feedback from members on issues faced while conducting their cases using online platforms
