Court Operations In Kuala Lumpur During The Extension Of The Movement Control Order From 19 February To 4 March 2021

Dear Members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar,

The Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee has just received a notification from the Director of the Kuala Lumpur High Courts regarding the above matter.

Kindly take note that the following directives will continue to apply until 4 March 2021.

1. Arahan Mengenai Pengendalian Prosiding Kes Jenayah di Mahkamah Semasa Tempoh PKP;
2. Arahan YAA Ketua Hakim Negara Bilangan 5 Tahun 2021 Mengenai Pengendalian Prosiding Kes Sivil Di Mahkamah Semasa Tempoh Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan; and
3. Tatacara Operasi Standard Pencegahan Wabak Covid-19 Di Mahkamah Seluruh Malaysia Bagi Pengguna Mahkamah.
