Criminal Litigation Workshop For Pupils

The KLBC Pupils Committee is organising a workshop on criminal litigation for pupils-in-chambers only. The workshop will focus primarily on the practical aspects of handling a brief, covering the following areas:

Obtaining Client’s Statement
Bail Application
Mitigation
Trial Process

Fee : RM 20.00 (inclusive of 6% GST)

Due to the practical nature of the workshop, there will be a limit of 50 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
