MCCHR’s Research Survey – Lawyers and Access to Justice: Challenging Pro Bono
Dear members of the Kuala Lumpur Bar,
The Malaysian Centre for Constitutionalism and Human Rights (MCCHR) is conducting an anonymous online survey for members of the Malaysian Bar for the research on ‘Lawyers and Access to Justice: Challenging Pro Bono’. This research, which is carried out with the Centre for Asian Legal Studies Research, Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore, will examine the dynamics of Malaysian lawyers and access to justice and the key factors that influence this relationship.
Members are encouraged to participate in this survey as MCCHR would very much like to ensure that the research is based on a nationally representative survey of the profession.
The survey began in March 2017 and will continue until 30 September 2017. The online survey can be accessed here.
Thank you.
