Dear Members of the KL Bar,
We have just received notification from the Director of the Kuala Lumpur Courts that the Cyber Court was established on 1 September 2016. The Cyber Court will be handling cases related to cybercrimes.
Cases that have been registered or set for hearing at the Criminal Sessions Court 4 will now be transferred to the Cyber Court.
